Kim Cattrall made this role famous in the HBO series Sex and The City, and was actually a bit of a role model to all women.

The CW’s prequel has cast new comer Lindsey Gort for the role in season 2. The coolest/weirdest thing is that she is a dead ringer for Kim Cattrall.

Damon Wayans Jr Returns To New Girl

Many of you may not remember him from the pilot episode of New Girl but i was extremely sad when Damon Wayans Jr left New Girl to re-join the cast of Happy Endings when they got a surprise second season

Don’t get me wrong, i loved happy endings and was quite depressed over its demise. Well, we shouldn’t dwell on the sad things so its good to hear that Damon Wayans Jr will be returning as Coach in the next season of New Girl.

Even though he was only there for the pilot his character was quite well developed and funny. His return doesn’t mean the replacement of Winston though i am sure some people actually wouldn’t mind that. Next season he’s returning to the show for a multi-episode arc, and could be a recurring guest character (at least that’s what we are hoping for).

How they will explain his return might get a little tricky but they did crack a joke on his leaving about how he “went to live with a bunch of other white people”. So they might just say that those white people got sick of him. It will be fun to see how he deals with the changes that have gone on in the last two years of his absence.
